Application: This is a unique “ Mixed-type ” Crosslinking agent. It contains two epoxy groups ( Glycidyl ) and an allyl group ( Allyl ). Commonly used as a high-performance dielectric resin and crosslinking agent in negative-tone photoresist systems and advanced semiconductor packaging, such as wafer-level packaging.

Dual reactivity: the epoxy group can undergo thermal curing, while the allyl group can participate in photopolymerization or free-radical polymerization. This characteristic makes it highly suitable for use in solder resist inks ( Solder Mask ) and photosensitive polyimide ( PSPI ) In the formulation, achieve “ Light and Shadow Imaging + Thermosetting Reinforcement ” Dual-process requirements  。
