Application: This is a unique “ Mixed-type ” Crosslinking agent. It contains two epoxy groups ( Glycidyl ) and an allyl group ( Allyl ).
Dual reactivity: the epoxy group can undergo thermal curing, while the allyl group can participate in photopolymerization or free-radical polymerization. This characteristic makes it highly suitable for use in solder resist inks ( Solder Mask ) and photosensitive polyimide ( PSPI ) In the formulation, achieve “ Light and shadow imaging + Thermosetting Enhancement ” the dual-process requirements 。
